Mrs. Reena Bhatia is one of India’s respected design educators, fashion consultants, and creative career mentors with over 30 years of experience in the field of design education. As the Founder and Director of Max School of Design, Jaipur, she has dedicated her career to nurturing creativity and guiding aspiring designers toward successful careers in India’s premier design institutes and leading international universities.
Under her visionary leadership, Max School of Design has trained 10,000+ students, helping them secure admissions to prestigious institutions such as NIFT, NID, UCEED, CEED, UID, Parsons School of Design, London College of Fashion, and many other renowned design schools across India and abroad. Her innovative teaching methodology combines design thinking, creativity, industry exposure, and practical learning to prepare students for the future of the creative industry.
Mrs. Bhatia is a sought-after speaker, mentor, jury member, and career counsellor. She has been invited to numerous educational summits, schools, colleges, and design events to inspire students on fashion, creativity, entrepreneurship, and emerging career opportunities in design. She has also served as a jury member for various fashion and design competitions and has successfully organized large-scale career awareness initiatives such as Max Creative Safar, connecting thousands of students with leading design institutions and industry experts.
